Instead of paying a family attorney $350 - $400 an hour to hear your personal concerns, our monthly subscriptions allow you to schedule a conference call, virtual meeting or in person meeting to discuss your current situation for a flat rate.
Consultation
$60/60 Minutes
A one hour conversation to discuss your divorce goals. Have you recently told your spouse you want a divorce and need to prepare for next steps? Has your spouse filed and is pressuring you to move forward? We will support you emotionally and help you get any projects done in a timely manner. Need a reputable divorce attorney, real estate agent to sell your home, get a child psychologist. Let's talk this week.
Silver Package
$499/Month
A monthly subscription to talk, vent, share thoughts and ideas about your current marriage and we will listen and share requested feedback. This is your opportunity to communicate your fears, challenges, concerns and solutions to meet your needs. Do you or your spouse need addiction therapy, a family or child counselor, a financial advisor? The package includes two 30 minute calls per week or one weekly meeting (4 hours monthly). Schedule your meetings in advance or text us to set up a date and time.
Gold Package
$799/Month
A monthly subscription for clients ready to prepare for a family attorney consultation. From necessary documentation, relocation arrangements, child care and finding the best legal representation we help support your "to do list." Together we will partner to create an action plan that includes a checklist of items you should consider when getting a divorce. We will communicate regularly to keep these actionable items forward facing and can add more as requested. This package includes 8 hours of monthly meetings in either a conference call, virtual setting, in person or a combination (Phoenix based clients). Text messages and priority calls are taken Monday thru Friday during normal business hours. Upon request, we can attend the initial family consultation and support your divorce journey.
